Data practices

How models work

You subscribe to the assistant (chat, tools, workflows). Plans include fair-use of leading models via each lab's official APIs. We do not resell consumer memberships (ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, etc.) or sell raw API keys.

• Each reply can show the official Model ID used for that turn so you can compare with the provider's docs.
• Auto may pick a capable model for the task — the resolved model is labeled when it differs from a manual pick.
• When included fair-use runs out: upgrade, add P CASH (Ultra), or connect your own API (coming soon).
• Model IDs on the page are the platform's declaration for that request — useful for transparency, not a cryptographic proof.

What you send

Chat messages, attachments you upload, and (when signed in) optional company memory text are processed so we can run your request and show results in AI Plaza.

Where it goes

• Model providers — prompts are sent to the AI provider behind the model you pick (or Auto selects), such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity, and others.
• Our infrastructure — account, billing, and saved chat history (when signed in) are stored so you can resume work.
• Auth & payments — Clerk (sign-in) and Stripe (billing) process identity and payment data.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your chat content as a dataset.
• Fair-use meters are part of the assistant service — not a token pack for sale, and not a resale of ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or Gemini Advanced memberships.
• Preferred data region (Enterprise) is a routing preference when providers support it — not a hard residency guarantee.

Your controls

• Account — plan usage, billing, company memory, enterprise controls.
• Signed-in accounts can export chats to Markdown, Word, Excel, or PDF from Chat.
