Plans, billing, and cancellation on AI Plaza
How AI Plaza Pro, Business, and Enterprise billing works: upgrade, downgrade, cancel at period end, and the Stripe customer portal.

Quick steps
Step 1. Open Account billing
Go to https://aiplaza.app/account and scroll to Billing & invoices (or click Manage on Plan & usage).
Step 2. Choose Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel
Enterprise hides Upgrade. Downgrade links to the next lower plan. Cancel schedules end of period with no refund.
Step 3. Confirm in Stripe if needed
Use Manage billing for payment methods, invoices, and portal cancel/resume.

What cancel, upgrade, and downgrade do
On Account → Billing you will see up to three actions:
- Upgrade to {next} — hidden on Enterprise
- Downgrade to {lower} — move to a cheaper tier
- Cancel subscription — stop renewal; no refund; access until period end
After cancel is scheduled, Plan & usage shows Expires on {date} (not Resets).

Stripe customer portal
Manage billing opens Stripe for:
- Payment methods
- Tax invoices / receipts
- Portal cancel or “Don’t cancel” resume

Frequently asked questions
- If I cancel AI Plaza, do I get a refund?
- No. Once a billing period starts, that payment is non-refundable because you already purchased access for that period. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends, then the plan stops. See Terms.
- Why does Account say Expires on instead of Resets?
- After you schedule cancellation, AI Plaza shows the access end date (Expires on) instead of the next usage reset date.
